IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALECTRA UTILITIES CUSTOMERS
Alectra Utilities will be performing maintenance on My Account services and Outage Notification systems beginning at 11:00 am Sunday February 25, 2018 through to 3:00 pm, Sunday February 25, 2018.
As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve our customer service - this system maintenance procedure is necessary at this time. Alectra Utilities aims to offer the best customer service possible whether in person or through our 24/7 self-serve option.
While this maintenance is being performed, our customers will not be able to access their account information via MyAccount. The online system will be unavailable between Sunday February 25, 2018 (11:00 am through to 3:00 pm)
Outage Notifications and Maps
Throughout the maintenance period (Sunday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm) our automatic outage notifications and maps will not be available. In the event of an outage, Alectra will communicate through social media to provide updates. You can follow us for updates at @alectra_HamStC or facebook.com/AlectraNews
