Important notice to Horizon Utilities customers

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO HORIZON UTILITIES CUSTOMERS
Horizon Utilities will be performing maintenance on My Account services and Outage Notification systems beginning at 8:00 am Sunday March 26,, 2017 through to 12:00 noon Sunday March 26, 2017.

As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve our customer service - this system maintenance procedure is necessary at this time. Horizon Utilities aims to offer the best customer service possible whether in person or through our 24/7 self-serve option.


My Account
While this maintenance is being performed, our customers will not be able to access their account information via MyAccount. The online system will be unavailable between Sunday March 26, 2017 (8:00 am through to 12:00 noon)


Outage Notifications and Maps
Throughout the maintenance period (Sunday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon) our automatic outage notifications and maps will not be available. In the event of an outage, Horizon will communicate through social media to provide updates. You can follow us for updates at @HorizonLink or facebook.com/HorizonUtilities
