Welcome Hamilton, St. Catharines and Stoney Creek customers to Alectra's online self-serve forms

On March 11, 2019 you have a new 10-digit Alectra account number and will need it to use these online self-serve forms. You have a new look bill too; the new account number is in the top left corner.

Don’t have a new bill yet or know your new 10-digit account number? Simply add zeros to your Horizon Utilities account number until there are 10 digits. For example, if your account number is 1234, enter 1234000000 in the space provided.

Forms for Residential Customers:

General Account InquiryFor bill, account balance and other general inquiries about your account.
Moving, Opening and Closing AccountsFor residential customers moving into, out of, or within the Alectra Utilities service area.
Legal Representative's Residential Service RequestFor lawyers representing incoming or outgoing Alectra Utilities residential customers.
Landlord Agreement - Continued Electricity ServiceFor landlords to accept or decline continued service at rental premises when a tenant closes their account.
New Pre-authorized Payment (PAP) ApplicationJoin our convenient pre-authorized payment plan, and we will automatically withdraw your payment from your financial institution on your bill due date.
Pre-authorized Payment - Change Request FormChange your pre-authorized payment plan - for existing PAP customers only.
