**Rate structures as of November 1, 2012. Electricity Non-Time-of-Use and Time-of-Use rates are set by the Ontario Energy Board on May 1st and November 1st of each year. These rates are changed to reflect changes in the cost of electricity.

Horizon Utilities received approval from the OEB for increased 2013 distribution rates under the IRM (Incentive Regulation Mechanism). Also effective as of January 1, 2013, the transmission rates charged by Hydro One and approved by the OEB have decreased.

Overall, a customer with 2000 kWh can expect an increase of 0.12% on their total bill.
