Kill-A-Watt Lending Program

The Kill-a-Watt Lending Program provides members of the public with the opportunity to borrow a Kill-a-Watt meter from their local library to determine how much power their various appliances use and when they are used.

Instructions/ Forms: These devices can be signed out with a library card at any Hamilton Public Library branch, and at the main branch of St. Catharine's Public Library system.

Program Results: Since January 2006, the meters have been loaned out to approximately 300 families.
